Individual Therapy
$150 Per Session
50‑minute individual therapy sessions provide ongoing support tailored to your unique needs. In this time, we’ll explore current concerns, patterns, and strengths, and work together to build practical tools for coping, healing, and growth. These sessions are a consistent space for you to check in, process what’s coming up between appointments, and move at a pace that feels manageable and sustainable.
90 minutes
Individual Therapy
$270 Per Session
Some therapy modalities, such as EMDR, work best with extended time to allow the process to unfold fully. If we're doing that kind of deeper work together, a 90-minute session is often the better fit. We'll talk through what makes sense for you before we get started.

I believe therapy should be accessible. Sliding scale rates are offered on a case-by-case basis based on financial hardship and current availability. Please reach out to discuss options.
Policies & Insurance
Payment Methods
I accept cash, checks, all major credit cards, as well as Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. Payment is due at the time of session through a secure, HIPAA-compliant patient portal. I do ask that you keep a current credit card on file.
Out-of-Network & Superbills
I am an out-of-network provider. This means I do not bill insurance companies directly. However, many clients are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance plan. I can provide you with a monthly statement (superbill) that you can submit to your provider to seek reimbursement. Please note that similarly to filing an insurance claim, a superbill statement does typically require a diagnosis code, which can impact your future insurance benefits.
Cancellation Policy
The consistency of our work is essential for your healing. I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice or happen to miss a scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged. Please manage your appointments through the client portal.
