A Compassionate Guide on Your Journey Toward Healing
Change is an unavoidable part of life. My belief is that with the right tools, we can learn to adapt alongside it rather than be swept away by it. I'm here to help you recognize the patterns that are no longer serving you and build something better in their place.
As a clinician, I'm open-minded, empathetic, and hopeful and I'm fully committed to offering you the highest quality of care.
My Background
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Saint Louis, and I've spent my career focused on one thing: helping women reduce their suffering and live fuller lives.
I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and my Master of Arts in School and Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri. After graduate school, I spent seven years as a high school counselor, working with teens on academic stress, home life, friendships, relationships, and college planning.
During that time, I began building my private practice and, in the summer of 2016, I transitioned to private practice full time. I've greatly enjoyed working individually with people through some of the most difficult times in their lives and had the pleasure of watching them get through it and even grow from them.
I work specifically with women because I am one, and because I know firsthand how uniquely we move through the world. The pressures, the expectations, the way we're seen and treated; they're real, and they shape us. I want to be in the room with women who are ready to stop just managing and start actually living.
My Therapeutic Approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
We'll explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and develop practical strategies to shift unhelpful patterns.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
For clients dealing with trauma and PTSD, EMDR can be a powerful tool for processing painful memories and reducing their emotional charge.
Brainspotting Therapy
Brainspotting, similar to EMDR, helps clients process and release experiences and symptoms that are typically out of reach of the conscious mind.
Mindfulness-Based Techniques
I'll introduce grounding and mindfulness practices to help you stay present, manage overwhelming emotions, and reconnect with your body.
Motivational Interviewing
I'll take an empathetic approach to strengthen your personal motivation and commitment to behavioral change.

Below are pictures of our beautiful animals.
I'm a huge animal lover, and my goal one day is to own a cat cafe adoption center.
