I typically work with women who feel they've lost their footing; exhausted from trying to hold everything together, often after a major change, but sometimes for reasons that are hard to even name. In our work together, I'll walk alongside you as we unravel what's gotten tangled. You can expect me to be curious, non-judgmental, patient, and empathetic. Together we'll clarify what you want and map a real path toward it.

My practice is an affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and those navigating experiences at the intersection of identity and systemic stress, including racial trauma.
